Sales
Our sales team forms a crucial part of Liquid Holdings ongoing growth in the financial services technology space by increasing the company's penetration in dedicated sales territories. Combining superior hedge fund, order management, risk management, and/or IT insight, with demonstrable sales experience gained either working for a technology provider, exchange or data vendor operating in this space, successful candidates will be positioning the Liquid platform to a sophisticated and diverse user base.
Research & Development
Our research and development teams are responsible for implementing technical solutions within the Liquid platform as well as assisting with design as necessary. Primary duties in this role include design, development, maintenance, testing and support of our platform and providing top quality service to our high profile clients. Candidates must be capable of managing their time and clearly communicating progress and issues while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Support
Customer Support is responsible for delivering superior customer experience through the resolution of all inbound customer account queries. Successful candidates will use their extensive knowledge of a trader and/or portfolio manager's business and requirements to enhance the overall experience of the customer, resolving queries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
